Creating

You have to create your own menu, but you have some conditions:

1.  first plate you have to use the colour of the French flag
2 in the second plate you have to use some ingredient derive of plants
3. you have to use one product that have fibre
4 you have to creat a dessert  but you can not use fruit.
Remember: everything has to be healthy and delicious!
